I made the wrong choice to come to India on 2011. If you are living in USA and reading this, please never ever return to India. In case you must come, try some good neighbourhoods like Mysore where people are nice.
* Many cults in the name of God waiting to steal your hard earned money in the name of forced donation and also who try to murder you after you give the money.
* Many fraud companies who misuse you and never pay you and force you to work extra hours.
* Soo many religious celebrations , just to show off when there are many people having no food, shelter.
* Very dirty roads and dirty air.
* No clean drinking water
* Many Indians charge the foreigners too high prices by hiding the market rates.
* So many unknown "black magiacians" doing terrible crimes by relatives or cheating swamis who get jealous on seeing your USA trip.
* Unspeakable abuses and people accept that as normal instead of taking action and preventing that from happening again.
I myself am shocked after the return to India over the various turn of events from 2011-2015.
Luckily,I am aware in 2016, that technology and the police system has improved soo much that all those who cheat others are accepting defeat and returning the dues after many years. For Tamil Nadu, after submitting online complaint, police from Ooty called me many times to help for many cases against CTS, RK Mutt etc and told to come...But I am fed up with TN police and not going in person, since I had gone in person to Mylapore twice to complaint against RK MUtt(twice) and police made many wait the entire day without water/food or space to sit and no police even cared for the people who cried there and came for help . How many police took the same complaint and told me go to another police in the same station...They did not even give the FIR number to me...One big fat lady police came late in the evening, sat on a comfortable chair in a room and supported the criminals and I felt unsafe there and had to leave for a better place........ I tried to reach the RK Mutt directly through email during October 2016 , and the director of RK MUtt ran away after warnings are sent and the mails are bouncing back...Also, after the murder attempt by RK mutt on me for getting my money and my bank account in 2014, I am alive, but I face very strange pains which is not done physically or verbally but using very bad religious practices of HInduism and evil plots and silly powers and forced physical labour in the name of service....I hope God exists and blasts the real culprints off soon..
I am surprised, but thankfully justice system is working from online itself now and I do not even have to call/visit a police.
Actually, I was saved by the police this time when a silly company in Bangalore tried to harass me and I resigned after giving police complaint. I decided to go alone to the police station next few days and thankfully in Bangalore, the police called that company to return the dues. I did not want to go alone and police came with me to the office. In the presence of the police, NOT A WORD WAS SPOKEN AND THE COMPANY RETURNED THE DUES IN PERFECTION....THE EVIL EMPLOYERS RECEIVED A DEATH BLOW THAT DAY...The police did not ask for a single paisa from me.The employers took a statement from me that I should not reveal the name of the employer.Unfortunately, many were leaving that company before I left and many innocent are suffering terrible pains since they are not allowed to talk about the problems in open and threatened by employers.A similar incident happened in the past with CTS, and in the name of stupid forgiveness, I did not take action.Because of that, I had to suffer. I did not even get the payment dues/documents like Form16.
CTS hr are very rude and harass when I go in person. In CTS, I had asked for a raise and not a silly worthless award.Even now, they are sending harassing letters and have not paid the dues though they agree to pay this year in 2016,which should have been done in 2012.
[UPDATE IN 2019:CTS finally gave me documents and some of my amount.Not sure what actually worked.I had taken the help of lawyers, police, social media support of trainers, prayers by many unknown Christians in online live events.]

This year 2017 has been a great and adventure ride for me and am happy to be myself and create my own heaven in "hell India".
I love to Microsoft technologies and needed money.So I started finding clients myself I am disgusted with many people who made me work this year with my skills and never paid me on time.When I put police in cc, I immediately got paid.
Now, when anyone abuse/misuse starts, I stop working with silly clients and move on with my own work.
More than money, I am happy to get decent clients from the world and get paid for the work done.
I am fed up with this company system itself and am hoping to get paid only by good decent clients or use some decent portal whereby I can contribute my existing knowledge and get paid online itself from folks across the world who need.This can be a ray of hope to many many who are harassed in the office in the name of job and not even getting paid what they deserve(especially in india) and unspeakable abuses which people silently accept as normal and suffer..With the rise of technology,I feel all one has to do is to work on their expertise and let people who need buy the service / product in their free time and when they can afford.
With the company system , I came to know recently that emloyers/owners are stealing the money of the employees by making profit out of them and act as though they are paying.The feel job is just a silly man made system where employees and clients lose their health and wealth and employers lead a luxurious life by playing unwanted intermediatory role.....These RK Mutt , Sarada Brahma Vidya Kendra and other cults/ashrams in name of God where humans are misusing God are another set of fraud companies to steal money from poor also in the name of forced donations(worse than chit funds coz they attempt to commit murders to get money)....I feel much better after paying the taxes this year and hoping the poverty is eradicated rather than doing silly charity or donations to rich who abuse the poor.I could not pay taxes due to silly CTS,RK MUtt etc.
If only emplyees know that they can sell their own product/their own work directly, each employee will be a rich person instead billion dollar companies and God only know which rougue is using the billion dollars by getting the money for the work done by others.
And worse, employers put soo much pressure of some silly hours of work instead of working any time and the employees lost their health.
I do not like this job system where people are not eating breakfast properly ,hurry burry catch train/bus , waste time in travel(bangalore,,,my gooodness!!!!), come back home, and eat, sleep, wake up.......And not even lead a healthy life or do the work which one is not interested in...I feel one can spend more time for living independently without any dependence on servants...I feel very bad when I see that many servants had lost their health over years of doing physical labour and better machines or intelligent human inventions can help all lead a better and luxurious life..can money ever be used to make up for the health lost by unwanted abuses?
All the work done done by emplyees belong to the employee and stolen by companies and the employees are not aware.It is like someone develops a code/product for cheap and goes away and another owner comes and buys the code , gets work done by some other
coder who has no KT from previous coder and makes a profit of billion dollars from many clients for another coders work who leave the project after the job was done.
There are many rich who never want to pay and also steal others money, name and time.People misuse "help" and cheat and abuse and how many times I got distracted from my work.. There are many many companies and individuals who asked me to do their work.They get the job/clients without showcasing their skills and try to buy "skilled" labour for cheap.I have slowly learnt to identify such cheats and avoid such clients who actually want free service and promise to pay and never pay and worse steal name, health and money.And there are "companies" doing that in the onsite offshore model...Those who do not have talents on a technology get a job through fake or proxy interviews and then seek help from intelligent Indians in offshore for cheap.
Many are living in fear and accept the injustice happening in the society and unaware that technology has come to help destroy evil and not accept any abuse/harassment as"normal". This year all those who harassed me are getting harassed by me and the cops and the legal notices.So many people are getting harassed and cannot even take action against them...The employees should fire the employers and not reverse.I want to get paid for working , helping someone in need and not for owning and doing nothing. How many foolish celebrations and parties in companies when companies do not even pay the salary or the dues? In India, it is very common for many who never work and get paid for praising and those who do soo much hard work and never even get paid. I am tired of this stupid praise or feedback system where many misuse that to take the services and after taking the product/services give some wrong feedback just to get more services and run away without paying the dues after they steal what they want.
I loved Sherlock Holmes and hope I had used earlier life to study and become NYPD cop or a scientist where I at least feel I had used my intelligence and time for good discovery for the betterment of humanity...Now I occupied with other hobbies and just fascinated with Microsoft technologies and speaking about Microsoft to help others for education and consulting needs ..........
